Here at Kurrajong Park Equestrian Centre, we provide you with the quietest geldings who are incredibly well-educated for you to learn on. All riders are fitted with Australian Standard Association horse riding boots and helmet, this is part of our insurance criteria.

(We do Birthday Parties, but it is a structured riding lesson with fun games. We do not paint ponies or dress ponies up. Please contact Libby for more information.)

Private lessons

This lesson is to learn how to ride a horse or improve your horse riding skills. We cater for all levels. This is a 1-hour slot, you ride for 40 minutes, 10 mins either side is preparing your horse and returning to the paddock. This lesson is 1 on 1 and we can focus on specific skills that you require.

Price: $120, paid on or before the day.

Group Lessons

This lesson is to learn how to ride a horse or improve your horse riding skills. We focus on learning the finer skills of dressage and showjumping but in a group environment.We cater for all levels. All lessons are structured.

Our groups of riders are only of a Saturday and Sunday and there are 3 groups of 2 hours.

We offer - Beginner, Advanced and Intermediate groups.

(Max 6 per group.)

Price: $120, paid on or before the day.

Day Clinics

Day clinics are only run on School Holidays.

A day clinic includes the above, but you ride different horses all day varying from Shetlands to bigger horses. 9:30am till 3pm, BYO lunch.

Special Needs

We have extremely quiet horses that the disabilities can enjoy riding with confidence and safety. Our facilities include a solid large mounting block for ease of clients to mount and dismount.

Our horses are quiet enough to walk along without a leader, if rider is capable. We play lots of games on horseback that help their mobility and coordination.
